These terms cover the Iron & Oven app and this website. By using them you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Iron & Oven is a personal tracker and coaching tool, not a medical device. Calorie targets, photo estimates, training plans and the coaches' suggestions are approximations generated by software, including AI models that can be wrong. Check with a doctor before big changes to diet or training, stop if something hurts, and don't use the app to manage a medical condition.
Your subscription
Iron & Oven Pro is sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, monthly or every 6 months, some with an introductory offer such as a free trial or a lower first-year price) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The app shows each price, and what a subscription renews at, before you buy. Apple handles payment, renewal and refunds under its own terms; cancel any time in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. The AI features run on the AI service you choose and are billed by that service, not by us. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app.
Your content
What you log is yours and is stored on your device; what goes to the services you connect is set out in the privacy policy. AI answers can be wrong; you're responsible for what you do with them. You're responsible for the services you connect (AI providers, web search, MCP servers) and for following their terms.
Fair use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the app or the services it talks to, and don't use it to generate anything unlawful.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
